1. Yes. The image is exactly depicting the headline's message. It can be observed that the plane is terribly destroyed after its impact with the ground and all the body parts including the engine and wings are destroyed. The headline is therefore echoing the effort by the investigators to identify the root causes of that.

2. The image evokes one of utter sympathy and despair given the grueling fate that more than 240 people lost their lives in an air disaster. It's very sympathetic.

3. The image is factual. It's not manipulative or deceptive in any way. This particular accident is a global news and it's told and depicted the exact way it happened. No addition nor subtractions. It's what it is.

4. The composition of the image is vivid and eye-catching. Though what is left of the plane

 is a massive wreckage, the visual image and its posture makes it look like a relic, although an absolutely sad one.

5. The visual image added an in-depth truth and significance to the story. Lots of people worldwide wouldn't have seen or believe.

 What have happened had it not been captured and told as it happened,

lots of people might doubt its credibility. As the saying goes, seeing is believing. However, this image is convincing enough.

6. A different image might not necessarily change the reader's perspective but present a different truth. There have been so many catastrophic plane crashes throughout history so bringing a different image might confuse the readers as to which is which. The exact one as is the case of this particula one brings authenticity and validity.

7. These is a major news headline these week with several news correspondents all over the world going to the crash site to cover it. So definitely, similar visual images of these crash had been in circulation. Due to that, this one honestly isn't so much different from the others. 

8. The image here is non-bias in every sense. It has nothing to do with political or cultural affiliations. It is an unexpected accident that happened and is treated as such. Our heartfelt condolences to the families and loved ones of all the victims.
