1. Yes it does. The image actually portrays the individuals being caught with the very things they have been alleged to have stollen or illegally possessing and  have been apprehended for.

2. The image does evoke urgency. These are hardcore criminals who have robbed people of their possessions for years and are known to control illegal substances until finally, they have been caught by the law enforcement agencies so yeah, it's a serious and urgent matter as portrayed in the image. 

3. This particular image is not biased. Infact there's no form of biasness towards violent and greedy individuals who are willing to kill to get what they want. As the adage goes, "no mercy for the crippled". Sorry for my language but they got what they deserve. No sentiment attached, only my pure and unadulterated judgement given the image presented.

4. In this instance, the image shows the posture of the alleged robbers standing in a horizontal line with their seized items placed on the ground in front of them before the shots are taken. With this, the alleged criminals, their illegal possessions have all been captured nicely in one photo.

5. I think the image adds more depth to the story. This is a real event that took place and the people involved too are real. So their images captured and shown in the headline adds weight and relevance to it thereby reinforcing the accuracy of the headline itself in the process.

6. Yes. A different image might change the reader's perception of the news. Let's assume the image presented here is a fictional one. The weight it adds to the story will surely not be the same. It might even portray the news to be fake in some way.

7. These image is unique to the others in that it corroborate ethics and professionalism in media works. The faces of the alleged individuals have not been fully revealed but blurred. Because by law, although they have been caught in criminal activities, they are yet to be charged to and pronounced guilty by court. It could be that afterwards, they aren't jailed because there aren't enough evidence to do that so if their faces are to be revealed now to the public, it will be damaging to them should the latter be the case.

8. The image does reflect the current wave of crime and robbery in the country. Drug trade has been a curious case of interest that's plaguing particularly the youth for decades now.
